1. Information we collect

• Contact and account details: name, email address, phone number, and password (stored encrypted).
• If you sign in with "Continue with Google": your Google name, email, and profile photo, as authorized by you.
• Booking details: pickup and drop-off addresses, date/time, passenger count, notes.
• Location: during an active trip, we share the real-time location of the assigned vehicle with you so you can track your ride.
• Messages and ratings: if you use the in-booking chat with your driver, or leave a rating or comment after the service.
• Payment data: processed directly by Stripe and/or PayPal — we do not store your full card number or CVC on our servers. If you pay by bank transfer, we keep the proof of payment you upload.
• Push notifications: if enabled, a device token so we can send you updates about your booking.
• Loyalty program: points earned and their history, if you participate.
• Basic technical data: IP address and session data, for security and fraud prevention.
• If you register as a driver: identification, driver's license, profile photo, and verification documents you upload to the driver panel.

2. How we use your information

• Process quotes, bookings, and payments.
• Coordinate the service with the assigned driver and vehicle, including real-time tracking.
• Send you confirmations, reminders, and notifications related to your booking (by email and, if enabled, push notifications).
• Enable communication between customer and driver during the service.
• Manage the loyalty program and your points.
• Respond to your support requests.
• Prevent fraud and protect platform security, including captcha verification (Cloudflare Turnstile).

3. Who we share information with

We do not sell your information. We share it only with:

• Payment processors (Stripe, PayPal), to complete your transaction.
• Google (Maps, to calculate routes and addresses; and Sign-In, if you choose to log in with Google).
• Firebase and browser push notification services, to send you alerts if enabled.
• Cloudflare, for security verification (captcha) on our forms.
• Our email provider (SMTP), to send you confirmations and notifications.
• The driver assigned to your service, to the extent needed to complete the transfer.
• Authorities, where required by law.

4. Cookies and session

We use a session cookie to keep you signed in to your account and a Cloudflare Turnstile technical cookie for anti-fraud verification on forms. We do not use third-party advertising tracking cookies.

5. How long we keep your information

We retain your account and booking data while your account is active or as needed to meet legal, accounting, or dispute-resolution obligations.

6. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing info@demo.com. We will act on your request unless we must retain certain information for legal or accounting reasons.

7. Children

This platform is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

8. Changes to this notice

We may update this notice from time to time. Changes take effect once posted on this page.
