How it works

1. Create your account

Sign up with your email and password, or use "Continue with Google" to get in with one tap. Your account keeps your details, your booking history, and your loyalty points so you don't have to re-enter them every time.

2. Book your ride

Choose the service type you need:

• One way or round trip between two addresses.
• From airport or to airport — you can add your flight number so we adjust pickup if there's a delay.
• Hourly service if you need the vehicle available for a block of time.

Then pick your vehicle, confirm your details, and pay — you'll see the final price before confirming, no surprises.

3. Track your ride live

Once your driver marks "on the way," you can see their location updating live on your booking detail screen, both in the app and here on the web. Need to tell them something? Message them directly from the booking's chat.

4. Payments

We accept credit or debit cards via Stripe, including Apple Pay and Google Pay where available. Depending on the service's settings, you can pay in full or just a deposit to secure your booking.

5. Loyalty points

You earn points for every kilometer (or every hour on hourly service) you travel. You can see them and use them as a discount on your next booking at checkout.

6. Cancellations and changes

You can cancel a booking from Activity → your booking → Cancel booking. Cancelación gratuita hasta 24 horas antes de la recogida.
